5. Innovation - Are your company the market leader or copier?
6. Company Vision and Mission - Are your company growing or dying?
7. The owner - Are the company automated enough that goes to the direction you intended with minimum supervision?

In business, you either grow or being phase out. Ask yourself the above question and seek for Constant and Neverending Improvement, your company will be invincible!

How to start a company?

Few days ago, I have a short discussion with my friend.

Actually, It's not easy to start a business in Malaysia.... you need to do the following official things:

1. Apply trading license
2. Apply electricity meter
3. Apply telephone
4. Apply streamyx
5. Register your company
6. Apply Socso account
7. Apply EPF account
8. Apply import/export license
9. Apply music license
10. Apply income tax account
11. Company Insurance
12. Register with JKKP (if factory)
13. Register with DOE (if concern)
14. Register with BOMBA (if related)
15. Apply import/export duties
16. Apply GST account.
17. Apply special license from consumer and trade affair department....

That's why people are not willing to go for business in Malaysia.... too many red tapes...

Payback period: Best senario - 2 years.

Normal senario - 5 years

I have done my homework. The monthly expenses = 150,000 RM.

Workable? yes, but very challenging.

Deal or no deal? let me think about it.

I can even lend to "Listed Company"....

Well, I just have to take action to start a "business" in a blog.... Too much dream and day dream without action.

Business? = Long hour, tough challenges, a lot of con-man along, difficult to get the right people for the right job, continuous innovation, endless routine, bored...

Can it be EXCITING, CHALLENGING, FUN-FILLED, HELPING OTHERS, MOTIVATING OTHERS and YOURSELF, GROWTH, REWARDING, LEARNING, EXPERIENCE, DRIVE OF LIFE, REJUVENATION, HAPPY AND LUCKY?
